Ticket Supporter

Provides dedicated assistance to TStudio clients by handling support tickets efficiently and professionally.

What you'll do/

Handle customer tickets on Discord quickly and kindly
Reproduce installation issues and walk customers to a fix
Escalate real bugs to the artists with clean repro notes
Keep the FAQ and install guides current

What we look for/

Excellent written English (German is a plus)
FiveM server experience — you know keymaster and escrow
Patience and precision under a full queue
Reliable availability across the week
