Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TStudio's digital assets and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Asset License

All digital assets purchased from TStudio are licensed, not sold. Your license grants you the right to use the assets on servers associated with your Cfx.re account used for purchase.

  • Assets are licensed to the specific Cfx.re account that made the purchase
  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of assets is strictly prohibited
  • Assets may only be used on servers where you have authorization
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling assets is not permitted

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell purchased assets
  • Create derivative works without explicit permission
  • Use assets for commercial purposes beyond your licensed server
  • Attempt to bypass licensing or authentication systems
  • Use assets in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

4. Payment and Refunds

Purchases are sold by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Your contract of sale, payment, invoice and VAT are with Tebex, not with TStudio GmbH — see the Impressum for their details. TStudio creates and licenses the assets.

Refund requests are handled by Tebex under their terms, at checkout-support@tebex.io. Because the assets are delivered digitally and immediately, Tebex asks you to confirm at checkout that delivery may start straight away; where that confirmation is given, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content ends on delivery. Your statutory rights are otherwise unaffected.

If an asset does not work as described, contact us first — we would rather fix it than have you ask for your money back.

5. Intellectual Property

All assets, including but not limited to 3D models, textures, scripts, and documentation, are the intellectual property of TStudio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our assets or services.

7. Updates and Modifications

TStudio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
