All digital assets purchased from TStudio are licensed, not sold. Your license grants you the right to use the assets on servers associated with your Cfx.re account used for purchase.

• Assets are licensed to the specific Cfx.re account that made the purchase
• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of assets is strictly prohibited
• Assets may only be used on servers where you have authorization
• Reverse engineering or decompiling assets is not permitted

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell purchased assets
• Create derivative works without explicit permission
• Use assets for commercial purposes beyond your licensed server
• Attempt to bypass licensing or authentication systems
• Use assets in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations

4. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law or in cases of technical issues that prevent proper use of the asset.

5. Intellectual Property

All assets, including but not limited to 3D models, textures, scripts, and documentation, are the intellectual property of TStudio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our assets or services.

7. Updates and Modifications

TStudio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
