Who are we?
TStudio started as a one-person project by TurboSaif, a creative force in interior and exterior design for popular European FiveM servers. In 2023, TurboSaif joined a renowned FiveM scripting service to push mapping further on their platform, before stepping out solo to build something of his own. What began as a single artist's passion has since grown into TStudio GmbH โ a digital studio with a growing team of 3D artists, developers and designers, dedicated to building high-quality 3D environments for games, simulation, and industry use. This shop is where our FiveM work โ interiors, exteriors, vehicles and more โ reaches server owners and creators around the world.
What does TStudio do beyond this shop?
Alongside our FiveM MLOs and vehicles, TStudio GmbH delivers custom 3D environments and real-time assets for games, simulation, training, architectural visualization, and industry clients. Can I customize my interiors?
Absolutely. Our textures are conveniently stored in a texture dictionary (*.ytd), so you can personalize signage, branding, posters and surface details directly in OpenIV or CodeWalker โ no external PSDs required.
Are your files protected?
Yes. All our custom assets are securely encrypted by Cfx to preserve the intellectual property of our 3D artists. Files that belong to the original GTA (e.g. exterior buildings) are not locked, so you retain the flexibility you'd normally expect.
Can I use a map purchased from TStudio on other platforms like AltV or RedM?
Our maps are specifically designed, encrypted, and optimized for FiveM. Other platforms aren't supported by TStudio or by FiveM's encryption. For custom work targeting a different engine or platform, contact us through tstudio3d.com.

I'm experiencing compatibility issues with another creator's MLO or map, what can I do?
