What's the difference between Essential, Premium, and Vehicles?
Essential includes 0+ interior MLOs from TStudio Essentials. Premium adds 0+ additional premium interiors. Vehicles gives access to 0+ custom FiveM vehicles. The Apex subscription includes everything from all three categories.
Do I get future releases automatically?
Yes. While your subscription is active, you will automatically receive all upcoming interior and exterior releases included in your subscription tier.
Can I customize textures?
Absolutely! You can edit textures like signs, posters, and branding by modifying the .ytd (texture dictionary) files in OpenIV or CodeWalker. No external PSDs are needed.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes! Upgrade anytime to a higher tier and you'll immediately gain access to all additional products. The Apex tier gives you access to everything — Essentials, Premium, and Vehicles.
What is Discord Chat Access?
Premium subscribers get access to private Discord channels for dev updates, support, and exclusive community feedback. Essential subscribers can join general community channels.
What is the difference between Essential and Premium Support?
Essential offers ticket-based help during working hours. Premium includes faster response times, in-depth help, and guarantees a first reply within 6 hours during working hours.
What is Custom Audio Occlusion?
It simulates realistic indoor audio effects — like muffled outside sounds and echoing. This feature is available for Gold and Apex subscribers.
What is Custom Doortuning & Sounds?
We include realistic door animations and sound effects — such as creaks or metallic clicks — to enhance immersion. This is exclusive to Premium subscribers.
What are Custom Scenarios?
Custom scenarios add ambient NPC behavior like sitting, jogging, or shopping. They're required on maps like Legion Park or Mission Row Park if NPCs are enabled on your server.
What is Early Access and how early is it?
Premium subscribers receive new maps 7–14 days before public release. Files are delivered via Keymaster even before the official showcase video is published.
What kind of giveaways are available?
Premium subscribers are eligible for exclusive giveaways including unreleased maps, discount codes, and merch. Winners are selected through Discord-based events.
How does the 10% discount work?

Who are we?
TStudio started as a one-person project by TurboSaif, a creative force in interior and exterior design for popular European FiveM servers. In 2023, TurboSaif joined a renowned FiveM scripting service to push mapping further on their platform, before stepping out solo to build something of his own. What began as a single artist's passion has since grown into TStudio GmbH — a digital studio with a growing team of 3D artists, developers and designers, dedicated to building high-quality 3D environments for games, simulation, and industry use. This shop is where our FiveM work — interiors, exteriors, vehicles and more — reaches server owners and creators around the world.

Can I customize my interiors?
Absolutely. Our textures are conveniently stored in a texture dictionary (*.ytd), so you can personalize signage, branding, posters and surface details directly in OpenIV or CodeWalker — no external PSDs required.
Are your files protected?
Yes. All our custom assets are securely encrypted by Cfx to preserve the intellectual property of our 3D artists. Files that belong to the original GTA (e.g. exterior buildings) are not locked, so you retain the flexibility you'd normally expect.
Can I use a map purchased from TStudio on other platforms like AltV or RedM?
Our maps are specifically designed, encrypted, and optimized for FiveM. Other platforms aren't supported by TStudio or by FiveM's encryption. For custom work targeting a different engine or platform, contact us through tstudio3d.com.
I have an issue — can I get assistance?
Of course. Open a ticket on our Discord server and our support team will help you out. We work across multiple time zones, so please allow a little time for a response — Gold and Apex subscribers receive priority and premium support.
I'm experiencing compatibility issues with another creator's MLO or map, what can I do?
